Time for the revealing of my new account! Since I don't own Pen Collie anymore (and she wasn't my fursona, anyway), I figured it was time I made a new account. Besides...who doesn't love a new start? I made the account under the same name most of my eMails and the like are under:

Squeeee. I paid a downpayment for my partial suit from Midori about a week ago, and I just now sent her all but the last $60. :D YAAAAY! omg. Sooo...closeeeee. Just waiting on payment for a few commissions, as well as the rest of the refund from Gel, and then I can send her the rest. EEEE. EXCITEDDDD. We've already picked out what wig I want (excited because I found the PERFECT color...I'd worried I wouldn't be able to) and I sent her my completed ref sheet with all my info and everything. The only thing I have left to do is send that last $60 and snail-mail her a tracing of my hand. :O -tail wags-

The only downside is that Tibby most likely won't be completed until January, but I'm alright with the wait since I expected it to be A LOT longer (considering how talented Midori is), and since I'll still hopefully be able to debut Tibby at Furry Fiesta. :D huzzah!

Anyway. Pen Collie will be going to her new home within a few days. Since Moxie sent me payment, I'll be checking shipping costs sometime today or tomorrow and getting her sent out. I know y'all are gonna miss her, but I'm finally getting a fursuit of my fursona like I've wanted and I know Pen Collie will get a lot more attention with Moxie.

watched part of a movie, ate dinner and CAKE (which I'd drawn a pawprint on with icing), went on a short walk before Don got mauled by bugs, went back to my house, got bored of previous movie and started another one, cuddled during said movie, Don left. ...all of which involved multiple corny jokes, one of which involved an inflatable toy and another of which involved head-butts. haha. both of which probably won't be nearly as funny tomorrow.

and now i'm so freaking tired i could barely stand up to walk Don to the door, because i wake awake till 1 AM last night due to food poisoning. uck. SLEEP NOW. g'night peeps.

I've got the foaming stage of the head of my "mostly secret suit" done. The tail is entirely finished, as of a few days ago (but only two people have seen it). I'm hoping to have the head entirely done by next week, since I'm going on vacation next weekend and totally wanna take this suit with me, if it looks alright (we'll see). ...gah, it's killing me keeping from posting WIP shots of this, but I wanna surprise everyone. XD

I also just finished a marker picture for Don (yay for me ruining surprises! oh well), as a gift, and I really love how it turned out. I seriously am considering going back to traditional art, if I can get my scanner to cooperate with me (that's why I stopped doing traditional art...I have a sucky scanner). I'll hopefully be able to get a scan of the pic before I give it to Don, or make him send me a copy of it. Either way. o:

Anyway. It's about 4, as of posting this, and Don should be coming over in a little over an hour. My mom made dinner and I baked a cake for him (photos later), and then after dinner Don and I are going to watch a movie (we'll probably rent "Shutter" or something of that sort). Yay! :D

...damn, I wanna get this suit done so I can go fursuiting. XD -rushes-

Had fun at the movie. Hancock was alright. Better than I expected it to be, but I still didn't think it was GREAT (I hate action movies and superhero movies). But not bad. To say the least, it wasn't predictable in the least, which is more than most movies these days can say. :P

Also, something else happened but I'm gonna wait to tell y'all what happened until I'm sure of it. haha. Wow, that sounded vague. WHATEVER.

But anyways, Don's birthday is tomorrow (the 16th), but he has work so we won't be able to hang until around 5 or so. We're planning on watching a movie together at my house, and my parents are also making dinner and a cake (which I shall be decorating with a giant pawprint...haha), since they want to get to get to know him better over dinner (LOL INTERROGATION). It should be fun. And awkward. Hopefully more fun than awkward, but knowing my parents... >3>

Bah. Anyway. GO EMBARRASS DON (who is also donyates) AND WISH HIM A HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Because I know he doesn't want anyone to know it's his birthday, so I'm telling everyone. <33 haha. ILU.

In other news, I drank waaaaay too much of Don's soda at the movie, and now I'm all hyped up and pretty much bouncing off the walls. GREAT. It'll be fun trying to get to sleep tonight! 8D

Also. Going with Don and my otter/dragon friend, Blur, to see Hancock tonight. I usually hate action movies, but I heard that movie is funny, so I figured I'd give it a shot. :P

Also. OMG. THANKS AGAIN ANGIE. <3 ILU. I printed out a copy of the picture of Scoff you drew me and colored it with mah markers, and it looks awesome. :D I'll try and get a decent scan of it tomorrow. -nods- Wheeeee!

A long time ago (okay, fine...a little over a year ago) I created a hyena named Scoff. She wasn't very well-developed, though, and had a boring design, so she died. Earlier this year, my good friend Zan and I did a character-design trade, and I asked her to revamp Scoff. She showed me a quad ref of the result, today, and I was so thrilled I just HAD to draw an anthro ref of the girl. :)

And so....introducing ( Scoff, the hyena! )

ANYWAY. Seeing how much I love this character, I'm looking to do two art trades: one normal (full-body), and one icon (100x100). Anyone interested? I'm only taking one of each, and it isn't first come-first serve.

Am I the only one who remembers the awesome kids show that was "Road Rovers"? It wasn't aired for very long, since the ratings weren't the best, but I remember LOVING the show as a kid. Who can guess why? ;)

What I really love about the show, looking back at it now, is that they are REAL anthros. I mean...Colleen actually has BOOBS. -gasp- Look at the modern day cartoons, and most anthros don't. It's like we're trying to protect our kids from reality or something. xD ...wait. The reality that anthros have boobs? ...now sure where I was going with that one. XD

Well, anyway. I'm SHOCKED at the number of people who have never heard of this show, considering it was, like, my favorite thing ever back then. D: But I guess I can't be surprised, considering how quickly it was taken off the air (see the wikipedia link for reasons). -shrugs- Eh, well, either way...who else here is a Road Rovers fan (or atleast remembers the show)? :D

I was looking through some of the songs that people recommended to me a while back, and came across this one. Totally kick-ass. :D

Another song I've discovered that I like is "Sometimes" by Britney Spears (-GASP-). One of her better songs.
